Question Cranking Torsion Bars!

What happened to the posts on cranking the torsion bars? I read about several people who did it and the results were somewhat favorable. I cranked mine up 3 rounds on each adjustment bolt. The truck looks alot more level even though this only raised the front about 1/2". The ride seems a little stiffer which helped (the front was a little bouncy). Front end appears to nat have changed much, No Pulling.

You can crank the torsion bars, but you'd better make sure that the front end is still properly aligned. Failure to do so will result in premature ball joint, tie rod end, idler arm wear and possible shock failure. Experience is a very good teacher.
