Need Improved Suspension
I want to improve the suspension on my 99 4x4 F-150. I was thinking of putting on a rear swaybar and new Edelbrock IAS shocks.
Will this stop the body roll going around corners and help make my car drive more like a sports car or do I need to do more?

Have you lowered the truck any? thats the only true way of getting that "Sports Car" handleing its a matter of the trucks center of gravity if you have noticed sports cars are always low and close to the ground and so is the center of gravity the lower the better(center of gravity that is). you will never find a sports car thats raised up off the ground. take a look for yourself the next ime you pull up next to a Corvette or ME when you make it to Panama City Beach

Considering that it is a truck and not a sport car those mods you mentioned in your post will improve your handling.
I did change my shocks and still waiting for the anti-sway bar. It's only that I am saving for engine (HP) upgrades first.
