Question Body Lift on 97 Expedition

Hey Guys - Do any of you know of someone that has put a body lift on an Expedition? What do you think? Let me know!!!

Yes, there is one that runs around here in town. 3" body lift and 33/12.50/16.5 BFG AT on 9.75/16.5 Weld Scorpios. Looks pretty sweet.

I don't really know him, but he has been in the shop a couple of times. Once for a tire rotate and balance, and for oil changes/ recalls or something. Anyway what do you really want to know.

I guess I just wanted to know the pros and cons of a body lift. Also, I know lots of people that body lifted a truck, but I have never spoken with anyone that has body lifted a SUV. Do you think everything will be all right?

If everything is installed correctly, you should have no problems.

The Maxwell Ford dealership here in austin sells some 2wd expeditions with 3inch body lifts and 33inch tires. They look really nice. But since your truck is a 4x4 you should be able to fit 35s.
