Air suspension?

I was wiring in my new cd changer on the weekend, and I noticed something written on the passenger side kick panel:

Fuel Pump Shut-Off

Air Suspension

*I understand the fuel shut-off, but what this about an air suspension?

My truck is a bare-bones 1998 F250LD 4x4 with 5-speed 4.6L

Thx

Some trucks come with airbags in the rear to help with ride height issues when hauling and what not. Most trucks don't come with them. Look in the rear if you have more than just shocks and leaf springs back there you have them, but probably not.
