In a 10" rim they will look great. But if we compare them to 14" and 15" wide tires that's another story. I personally like that wheel width to height relation.

Question

I'd be the last one to bash someone's truck, but what the hell is wrong with that guy's wheel well? Some cuttin' must have been going on there.

I've seen this truck on f150world.com. According to the description, those are custom made fiberglass fenders. He probably hadn't reinstalled the inner fender well, or opted not to install it.

I don't know was happenning to me. I think this is kind of a disease. Now that I have the 35's I don't think they are big tires anymore and those 37's do not look too big either.

BUT I WANT MY BUMPER TO BLEND as does that white supercrews....any ideas? do you think he just painted his plastic? is that possible to paint flexible plastic and not have it chip or crack? grrrrrrr

Cool

I think that new valence is a fiberglass one. Not positive though...as far as painting your old one, I wouldn't because it is flexible- the fiberglass ones arent...but hey, do what you want. Its ur truck. I painted my driveshaft red to match the truck...the paints already chipping off, but it was fun while it lasted... =)...and JMTruck, dang straight...every pair of tires i look at...seems the longer i look at em the smaller they get...

RCD lift info:

The polished lateral compression struts come on the kits for the trucks with the E40D transmission (usually with the 5.4L, but can be found with 4.6L).

Big D,

I live in the Bay Area and am planning an RCD lift on a Supercrew. Can you please suggest the name of the shop from whom you purchased the lift and had installed? I would really appreciate it.

I had North Valley 4WD in Chico, CA become a dealer, purchase, and install my RCD lift.

No complaints.

Since you're down a little closer, I would try PG Series Trucks.
Their website is www.pgseriestrucks.com

Still waiting to see more information on their site(pgseries) on the 6" suspension lift for the 4x4 F150. And maybe some photos.

I think that RCD only makes the 5" F-150 4x4 lift. I think that is a typo on pg series website.

Here's a pic of my 2000Expi w/ a 5" RCD kit. The finish and quality of the kit is really outstanding. The polished pieces really stand out. I've had several folks stop me on the road to comment on the truck and the lift. If you are in San Diego and want the kit, try calling ORW in El Cajon, ask for Sonny and tell him RON B sent you.

Enjoy...

Hey Thanks JM! I was surprised to see so many posts on the RCD kit. I thought it was still pretty local to the San Diego area since those guys run out of Jamul.
