Question What size shocks?

I am putting a 4" Superlift suspension lift on my 92 2wd f-150. What size shocks do i need? This months Four Wheeler magazine says to take measurments after the kit is installed, however i would like to have all the parts before i tear my suspension apart. This is my daily driver so it has to be done in a weekend.

Another quicky. I bought 4 slightly used 35" Super Swamper TSL tires. The tires say 15X10 is the approved rim size. Will theses tires mount on my stock rims (which i believe are 15X7) even though they aren't the "approved" size?

Thanks,
Jon

Regarding the tires, it is posible but you will be forcing them too much, they will wear more in the middle since the rim will crown them and basically is not safe.

Regarding the suspension (shocks) I suggest you to call Superlift and I know they will be able to get you the best answer.

I assume that the swampers are 15" wide, or right around there. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT put those tires on your stock rims. You will put too much stress on the rims and you can very easily blow them out. Trust me you will definetly want to go out and buy some new rims.

Did you say 15" rims? Unless i'm mistaken you have to go with at least a 16" rim to clear the calipers on the 97' and newer.
You might wanna look into it just to make sure.
