The 2" rear drop gives your truck a level look, if you drop it further, you may have to lower the front also, just to maintain a level look. There are many 2/4 and 3/5 lowering kits available from several manufacturers and they aren't that hard to install. Back to just lowering the rear more, I guess the next available drop would be the 4" which is done with a hangers/shackles kit. The hangers are a bit of a bitch as the original ones are riveted to the frame and the rivets have to be cut off and punched out in order to bolt on the new hangers.

There are other ways than what was just mentioned. What exactly are you trying to do?

You can also get 4" or 3" drop leaf springs, I believe Johnny Lightning Performance has 3" shackles available too.

The cheapest and easiest option is to try the JLP 2-4" adjustable shackles. Your next options would be a rear hanger or new drop leafs.
