Question RCD VS. Fabtech

I am in the process of lifting the F150. I have a 2000 V8, 4WD.

What is the pros & cons of RCD vs. Fabtech. I want to do a 6" lift.

I want to run 35" MT/R's...any opinions of if I should do a 15X8 wheel or a 15X10???

I have also heard that I may need to do a 16" rim, not 15.

Any help or answers will be GREATLY appreciated.

As far as I have seen RCD produces "Relocating brackets for the stock suspension" Fabtech "new redesigned suspension" I'm in the same situation everyone says one is better than the other. I dont know they are pretty much the same price but you seem to get a lot more with the Fabtech . I am unsure of quality of either one.

David,

15 inch rims will not clear the calipers using the OEM back spacing. Your truck had 16 or 17 inch rims from the factory. You can run 35s with just a 3" body lift, cranking the torsion bars and trimming the front valance. I am running 33 with the 16 x 7 Stock wheels and no body lift. Because of the narrow rim I have to run 25 psi just to get the tire to run with a full even contact patch. Both the 8 or 10 inch wide will work so it is a matter of preference.

Regards
