Thumbs down Edelbrock IAS Shocks

I tried the IAS shocks on the rear of my extended cab shortbed to try and eliminate the bouncing on the freeway. They helped with this problem but were too stiff for all other conditions, so I removed them and plan on returning them. What they won't tell you is that the 30 day return policy only applies to a set of four, so I may be stuck with $160 worth of shocks that I can't use. I'm hoping that the store will cut me some slack. I guess I'll try removing a leaf from the rear next. Anyone know where I can get plain old oil filled shocks with low dampening?

The only time those IAS shocks work is in a set of four... I tried just two on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and it made it worst, then I replaced the front two and it made the world of difference... Handled great...

Have you tried Sears out? They have some pretty good shocks...

Just my $0.02 cents worth...
