Post NEW 1' LIFT FOR 2WD F-150!!!

No, that is not a misprint, nor am I excited about 1"...1' of lift 12"!!! Custom MotorSports in Riverside, CA [(909)549-1740] was telling me that their new custom lift for our 2WD trucks will probably be done in a couple of weeks. The 12" of lift would be 9" of suspension lift, and 3" of body lift. It involves extending the driveshaft and steering shaft, new springs (coil and leaf), new shocks, new custom spindles, new upper a-arms, relocation of the lower arms, and probably some other things that I just don't remember. Anyway, the price of the lift is going to be (hold on to your nuts) $4200 installed. That is way more than I can afford, but I thought some of you with real jobs (and real paychecks) might be interested in having the biggest F-150 on the block.

I had heard the same thing. I live in San Diego, but my brother in law lives in Temecula(Riverside County), and he has a co-worker who's truck is supposed to be used for the prototype. If this is indeed true, I will get pics of it when they are done.
