Summary:

Ranchos: better for heavier off road use than edelbrocks, much more stout.

Edlebrocks: Great for a narrow application of road/light-off-road use. Differentiates between body roll and hitting bumps, but not nearly as stout as the Ranchos.

I wish right now. I need some new shocks, but I believe they do it either christmas time or early spring. They run the special for like 2-3 months of the year.
