shocks for lowering
What brand of shocks do the people with lowered trucks have? Are the Belltech Nitro Drop Shocks quality? I've noticed that the Edelbrock IAS shocks come in a lowered version. They cost more than twice as much as the Belltech's. So what's good and what's not?
Thanks,
Josh

get bell tech's nitro active shocks. (slightly more money than nitro drop) but worth the extra. i asked bell tech and other why, due to the weight of our trucks this shock makes them handle better.

I just lowered my truck and used the IAS shocks. I enjoy the ride put have noticed one thing I can tell that I need a thicker rear swaybar the stock one isn't worth anything. I just drove the new lowered truck about 300 miles in the past 3 days and the ride was smooth and handled nice when hard turning on the on/pff ramps.

My kit came with doestch tech lowered shocks, which are basically similar to the bell tech nitro shocks. I am please with the ride. If you have the money though, get the bell tech nitro active shocks. They have a progressive rate design that is more like the Edlebrock IAS shocks but still less expensive.
