Can anyone recommend a website or something I can use to read up on basic truck suspension and mod? Thanks for your help.

You're in a good place right here, what do you need to know?

I guess you could always check out the vendor web sites or the 4 wheel magazines.

Actually, I just picked up the June 2000 issue of OFF-ROAD, and it is all about suspension. Very sweet articles. A LOT of F-150 stuff too. Camburg kit install, and a complete explanation of every part of 2WD and 4WD suspension. Very good info in here. www.off-roadweb.com

Thanks for the help though I couldn't get the link to work. I guess I'll just have to pick up a copy. Thanks again.
