valence triming for big tires

valence triming for big tires
Hi I am planing on getting the fabtech 31/2 inch kit soon and i know that i could fit 285's with that lift. If I was to trim the valence up could i fit 285's with 1 or 1 1/2
inch wheel spacers to make it look wide track. If there is no way I could work that setup what is the wides tire i could get with very little rub if any at all
