Never yet put ADDCOs on a truck, but a set will be going on my new (to me) 96 as soon as I can swing it. They are very highly regarded in the sports car world, have been around for more than 30 years (I put a set on my 1970 BMW back in 70) and make a quality product. Typically the front is a bolt on and the rear may require drilling the frame for anchors; don't know if that's the case on the F-150 or not. No major problems to be expected.

By all means get the optional urethane bushings. Stiffer sway bar bushings do not add in any way to ride harshness and really improve the handling. Also, buy the bars in pairs. Changing only 1 end can lead to some rather bizzarre handling
