ccla~
hey, just have one more question for you. have you had any problems with your factory shocks after your lift? i think i remember you saying they were almost not long enough. i'm planning on putting the coil spacers on next weekend, and am planning on going ahead and adding new shocks as well, just was curious if i need to get the same size or go with some that are a little longer. also, am i going to have to get my frontend re-alligned after adding the coil spacers? sorry for all the questions, but i figure you're the best person to ask. thanks again for your help!!

I was woundering, If you are going to put a 3 in body lift and 3 in spindal why would you want to add the spacers. They would just cause the ride to be stiffer. If you do both of those lifts you should not have any problems putting the 34's on there.(I might be wrong, but they should fit.) Let me know when you are ready to do the spindals, they are not hard and won't take long.

tazman~
hey, well i've kinda decided to just do the body lift and coil spacers and run 33x12.50's BFG MT's. i'm not really sure if i want to spend $800+ on mickeys and have them only last 20,000 miles. and since i have the 4.2 w/auto, i think i would have a hard time running 35's. and i'm not really wanting to spend the money on new gears. so i figured i'd just get the body lift and 33's so i still have some power left for muddin, and then spend the spindle money on a 4wd bumper. but considering i practically change my mind every other day, who knows.

hey guys, just wondering if 33x12.5's would fit with just the spindle lift and coil spacer. i would really rather have the spindles instead of a body lift, just not sure if the 33x12.5 will work.

Well They definatley need replacement. The rear has 3" blocks so those shocks are pretty extended while standing still. The front is only 1" ( The Coil Spacers ) so its not so bad. I though about getting some shocks a couple of weeks ago. But after admitting that I still want the Fabtech Kit Too, I'm gonna wait. No sense buying shocks twice.
Yes you should get the Front end aligned. Even though I haven't done mine yet. You're gonna need the Cam Bolt kit from Ford to do it too. Mine tracks straight but I still wanna get it done. I've heard it's best to get aligned after ANY suspension work.
