Tie rod ends

Does anyone know the typical duration of tie rod ends? I'm at 53000km (33000Miles) and have to be replaced.
1999 F150 4x4 Sport.

Thanks!

That's about par for the course I would sugest that you not get Ford replacement parts though becasue they cannot be greased. Get yourself some MOOG Cahssis replacment parts.

and you can do 'em yourself and save..2 jaw puller and a hammer will do it..just get the puller over the knuckle and the bolt on the end of the rod bolt ..apply tension and smack the knuckle on the flat spot with the hammer and walla...of course an alignment is recommended
