Unhappy I'm Saggin

My 98 4x4 now sits lower in the rear than in the front. I don't do alot of hauling. My question is, do I need to replace all the leaf springs or can I get just a helper spring. I'm looking to upgrade to 285/75 16's ,but I need to take care of this problem first. Thanx in advance.

Helper springs won't add any height in the rear. If you don't do a lot of hauling, add some blocks to raise the back. The other choice is an add-a-leaf. If you go 2 inches or more, you will probably have to replace the shocks as well.

I don't have a 4x4, but I only have 3770mi on my truck. I had to add a leaf (not a helper) to the rear springs already. The cap weighs about 150# but with anything else in the bed it sagged too. I had the same problem with my 87Ranger. 150lbs is nothing!?
