leaf spring movement

leaf spring movement
I have noticed that the lower (bottom)leaf spring on both sides of my truck have moved out of alignment. One is almost diagonal. I was wondering how many people are having problems with this and what the possible fixes would be. My Grandfather's 97 Lariet has the same problem.
