Question 99-00 Super Duty Suspension Question

Living in South Carolina, I have no use for 4-wheel drive, nor do I care to pay the $4000 that 4-wheel drive costs. However, I do like the height of the 4x4. Can anyone please tell me the best "bolt-on" way to raise the vehicle 3-4 inches without making the ride suffer too much? Also, if anyone knows where I need to look to find what I am wanting...out of all of the searches I have done either the kits don't include the 99-00 SuperDuty or they specify "4x4 only." Cannot find lift kits for a 2-wheel drive SuperDuty. Thanks in advance to those who respond.

I have a 2WD F150 that is lifted with a kit from Fabtech. The last catalog I received from them had information regarding a new suspension lift kit for the 2WD Superduties. My neighbor has a 2WD SD, so I gave him that info., so I no longer have the details of that kit. The website is http://fabtechmotorsports.com/
The website does not show or mention the kit. But it has their phone number for you to call. I hope this helps you out.

Thanks G Patrico, They do not list the kit like you said, so I will give them a call later today.
