Question Rattling noise

I have this awful rattle noise on the right front (passenger side) when on bumpy roads or when I turn a corner. I have tightened the shock, battery, and some that looks like a coffee can, I just can not figure out what it is. The rattling noise is driven me nuts, does anyone have any suggestions?

Separate issue: the coffee can which is above the right wheel well had a flexible tube that was not connected to anything so I removed it. I really don’t know what is for and can not find it in the owner’s manuals.

Any help would be appreciated

One of the rear leaf spring clips may have come loose.
