1" lift kit

1" lift kit
This question is a little long. Would the progressive coil springs for a 1997 Expidition 4x4 front end fit a 1997 F-150 4x4? The springs in question are made in a 1" raised height. any help would be appreciated.

The '97 F150 4x4's, well at least mine, do not have coil springs. They use torsion bars instead.
