There are no 2" suspension lifts for 97+ 4x4. The lowest you can go is 4". The only way you're going to get 2" is either with a body lift or torsion bars. If you don't wanna do either of those then you're sol and are going to have to be satisfied with the way your truck looks. The only thing I've seen is somebody was making basically a homemade leveling kit and was selling it on ebay. Now basically it just allowed you to crank your torsion bars higher than normal. Funny thing is that he had no guarantee on it and had a disclaimer in his Ebay ad.

2" performance accessories body lift is the only option I am aware of. Go to summitracing.com, it is part number PRA-PA-862

I would advise that you go with the 3" body lift if you go this route, it is only $10 more and it will enable you to fit 35s if you ever want to do that. Also the 2" kit does NOT include the brackets to raise the back bumper. You would either have to leave the bumper at stock height (kinda ugly) or fab something yourself to lift it the 2". The 3" kit comes with the rear bumper brackets. The 3" kit is PRA-PA-863

Let me know if you have any questions. I have the 3" PA body lift on my 99 f150 4x4 ext cab. I installed it myself as well.

Cool Lift

Wolf Creek, The body lift is an inexpensive (initially) way of getting more height; however, I most strongly recommend a 4 inch Rancho suspension lift. Suspension lifts are much better for your ride quality and oerformance. Obviously more expensive, but definitely worth it to do it right. Remember, with a body lift, your bumpers will have to come up and your engine will sit lower on the body. I have both and personally would have preferred a 8-10 inch suspension lift alone. With my Body lift, we had to raise the bumpers, put lift lips in the wheel wells to hide the gaps, and we had to custom fab my brushguard and winch since the body came up. with a suspension lift, you won't need to do this. a 4 inch Rancho will allow you to fit 35x12.5s with very minor knife work on the front valance corners. I hope this helps. Steve
