Question Head Light adjustment after lowering

Has anyone needed to adjust their headlights after lowering their truck?

I just installed the Belltech 3" / 4" drop kit ( looks sharp) and it seems like the lights are too far into the ground...how difficult is it to adjust the lights?

Any help is appreciated!

Also --- has anyone installed sway bars? Is Belltech or Hellwig a better choice? What about air bags for moderate loads --- Belltech?)

I would recommend shelling out some money and get the ford dealership to adjust them. All you have to do is turn a screw or two behind the headlight assembly. However, the dealership should have a calibration thing to make sure they get it right. You probably don't want to run the risk of blinding oncomming traffic or getting a ticket. Just my opinion.

it's pretty simple

I lifted the tabs and pulled my lights out then turned the screws, and after inserting hyper white lights I put them back in. Took about half hour or so and now they are high enough again. I put a 4" 6" drop on mine and it seemed that they were pointing at the ground.http://

https://www.f....cfm?gnum=3761
