Way OT: What do you do for a living?

Just curious about what kind of people buy this truck. What do you do for a living? Do you use your truck in your work?

Mechanical Engineer. I actually teach Computer Aided Design for BDK. I don't use it for work, normally, although I have used it twice on Youth Mission trips (World Changers) as a Crew Chief/ Supervisor's truck. I bought it because I have 5 kids, 8 bicycles, and a lawn tractor (all of which will fit quite nicely into it).

Well im interested in buying a supercrew so I wanted a response from the screw crowd. I was just curious of what kind of people buy this truck and if they use it for there work.

Im a Computer systems administrator and in no way will be using it for work.

I hardley use the truck for hauling, just looks. I get alot of fun grief for being pretty picky about my truck.

I started to ask for a salary survey just to see if this was out of "my class" but I decided not too.

I'm an engineer in medical products. After owning a Honda Civic for 15 years and putting 322,000 miles on it I found myself married with 2 little boys and a house. I wanted a pickup to carry the stuff for remodeling the house and landscaping the yard. Since I'd always had a small car I got a Toyota Tacoma. When one more daughter arrived we decided we needed a bigger truck. We almost bought a Dakota Quadcab in October of 2001. In November I saw my first SuperCrew (I'm in LA, now you see them everywhere), bought one last summer. We use it for camping, carrying stuff for the house, commuting, getting Christmas trees... We love it. In fact, my wife always takes it instead of the Odyssey when I'm home.
