Sounds nice, hopefully it dosen't kick the price up tooo much. Now with the superchip that motor should beat out the current Chevys, Dodge's!

I belive the current 5.4 is 260HP and 350 Torque. This one says 300HP and 365 Torque. Right now the Superchip adds about 28HP and 46 Touque and if my math is right and the Superchip adds the same "percent" of power then the new engine will put out...... Based on percentages from the current 5.4 chip

Percentage: HP 10.7% Torque 13.1%
New Chip Estimate: HP 32.1 Torque 47.8
------------ ----------------
Total: HP 332 Torque 397.8

Hopefully the gas mileage will be better too. I will most likley wait until 2005 so they can work out the bugs.

 

Those numbers seem about accurate. So now the new engine doesn't sound that intimidating.
