Is that the original plate with the black removed? How did you do the SCREW part?

Good Job, Now you need to dry it off and keep it polished.

Looks good. I did something similar by taking the tailgate badge and puting it on the fender. They are the same size.

when I acetoned the badges, the "XLT" also came off leaving a large space under the F-150.
Using some inspiration from this forum with all of the screw titles, I went to Autozone and found a whole sheet of raised chrome letters.
I like it, and so far it's the only one I've seen done this way.

THAT WAS THE EASY PART. I bought the touch-up can with the small brush, filled in the letters and wiped it down with the acetone before it dried.
