got the tires on my exploder replaced in Oct. 2000, about 6 months or so before buying the SCrew. processed the paperwork, never received anything. STILL WAITING for firestone to send me my $400 refund. i call the line and the lady there ASSURES me that she can't help me, and that she has NO SUPERVISOR. what a bunch of BS. she says I have to fax all my info to this line, which I have done 6 times. I think it just falls off the other end into the trash.

Maybe spend 20 bucks and file a small claims court grievence? I dont know if that would work or not but might be something to look into.

 

Better hurry , they might not be around much longer ... Michelin has picked up alot of their market share , good job security for me

 

When is Michelin going to make a real All Terrain tire? Or do they?
