I checked out the local Black Book Value on my 2001 Screw Lariat 4x4. The base trade in for avg condition was 24,975, for clean it was 25,000 and for extra clean it was 26000. 5.4 L was another 450. This was the Feb 15th issue of the book. Over the last couple of months, the regional value has increased about $2500. Just from the Feb 1st book, it is up 400.

Avg mileage for a 2001 (no deduct) I recall to be 30-40K.
