I am sorry I couldn't make it Sunday. I received a call Friday informing me I was to fly out to the USS Lincoln for a technical assistance, and I flew back this morning.
Sounds like you had a great time Hopefully this won't ruin it for future attempts.

Sorry Fellas. I got there at about 12:45 and didn't see any SCREWS, so I went over to Best Buy. I came back at about 1:15, and still didn't see any SCREWS.

I need a definite confirmation on this. I got invited to do some 'wheelin' out at Superstition on Sunday. My buddy has a jeep and a brand new quad (Raptor). I told him that I had plans. So, if you don't think you can make it, let me know. I have to let him know before Saturday morning.

I don't want to keep bailin', so I'm down for this if other people are. I'll catch up with them at Glamis or Superstition some other time.

Where is superstition? Sounds like a whole lot more fun than lunch! If it's not too far out then would you mind if I tagged along???

Otherwise Don't want to mess up your weekend, we can set it for someother Sunday or Saturday, besides no one else has shown intrest yet. Maybe we need a off road SCREW club

 

Superstition is about 25 - 30 miles outside of El Centro. (I am a Navy Reservist and got recalled to active duty back in September of last year and am stationed in El Centro). I drive back to San Diego on my weekends.

I don't think it will be a problem if you meet up with us out here. You're right, it will probably be a little more fun than lunch. Although the scenery is usually fairly nice. Just a note: today the temp was 115 degrees!!!!! It's going to be hot this weekend. Do you have any sand toys? Quad, bike? Just wondering.

I'll double check with them and see what time they're planning on being there or leaving El Centro. I'll let you know.......JB
