I recieved the $100 check from Ford just before Christmas and I have opted for the larger radiator. I tow a moderately sized boat and the radiator has been the weak link in all the Ford vehicles I've owned and towed with.

For those of you that have also opted for the radiator, have they contacted you for the installation? And if so how long did it take after you sent the check back to them?

I got my coupon back about 3 weeks after I mailed the check back to Ford. You then have to call Ford and tell them which dealer you want to use for the install. The radiator is now on it's way to my friendly local dealer. Supposed to be there within a week. Think I will have them take care of the windshield wiper motor recall at the same time. Maybe time for a tranny fluid flush too after all the towing I did this summer.

 

I received my radiator voucher last weekend (took about a month), called the provided 1-800 phone #, and now should be able to have the new radiator put in next week or so.

Like ttrew, I also will try to get the wiper motor recall done at the same time. And an alignment too...
