Christmas money - Shocks or Chip?
Christmas money - Shocks or Chip?
Isn't it interesting how life is like Gran Turismo... for those of you not familar with this clasic Playstation game it is a typical race game where you try and earn more money to make your car better.
Santa was nice to me this year $$$ so I am trying to decide between Edelbrock IAS shocks and a Superchip. I had the shocks on my '97 x-cab and was very impressed. Although my Crew only has about 15k miles it doesn't handle as well as I think it can. On the other hand I think I could breathe some extra ponies into the 5.4.
I know! I know! It is up to me. I guess I haven't had any experience with the chip so I am having a tough time deciding. I know you guys are full of opinions so let me have it

If your intrested in power go for the chip, you won't regret it! You will have to take into consideration that you will be using the high octane though.
If you really want your ride to handle better and are not as intrested in the extra power then get the shocks.
I got the SuperChip for my SCREW and LOVE it!!!
I want to get Bilstens for my truck soon as one of my wish list items, but the chip was first on my list.
