Does Norfolk even make the SCREW??? I live about 5 miles from the Norflok plant!! I ordered my truck and was told only the Kansas City plant made SCREWS. I dont know if they do now, but as of November they said they dont!!!
I'm not sure where they're made but mus tbe far away,I ordered my 2002 in October, got tired of waiting for Ford to release the Lariat Upgrade Option so deleted it in mid november and still have no build date.

All F150 Supercrew Trucks are made only at the Kansas City, Missouri Ford plant. Kansas City splits Missouri and Kansas so it gets confusing sometimes. But, the Ford plant is in Missouri from what I understand. That is the only plant making the Supercrew as of October of this year. I really doubt that would change.
I dont see any need to be anymore worried than if it were made anywhere else. A large percentage of the Dodge trucks are made at the Chrysler plant in St. Louis Missouri.

You are correct lightguy.
The plant is in Missouri. Claycomo, Missouri to be exact. But you are right, don't worry where it came from. My Screw along with my Flareside were both built in Claycomo. The Screw has 21,000 miles on it and the Flareside only has 5,000 miles but so far no problems with either other than paint. My Boss's Screw lost the disc in his L-S rear end and cost him $1400 to fix, but that's the only problem his has had. Just buy the truck and enjoy it. Later........
