I really don't have a problem with the fold down console on my 2000 F150. However, it is much smaller than the one on my previous F150, a '97. You might be able to adapt the earlier fold down console on your F150. There are several consoles on the market which sit on the front seat. I have a Wolf console on the hump of my F150. It is very well made (wood frame). The only problem with the Wolf consoles is matching their vinyl colors to the F150's interior. I have a dark gray graphite interior, the Wolf gray vinyl color is too light. However, if your interior is the medium graphite interior, the Wolf gray vinyl cover might match. I went ahead and purchased a black color console. It matches fairly well as there is quite a bit of black color in the interior. Good luck!

Question Where can I get a nice floor console

CBechtel, Where can I get a floor console. You mention a brand you have. Do they have a web site? Any other ideas would be appreciated from any of my S'Crewed friends. I like my leather bench seat, but need more storage space.

I purchased mine through the Sears Automotive Catalog. I'll do some checking and see if I can find some other sources.

The Wolf console is available from J.C. Whitney & Co. Check this link -

I use this console all the time in my screw, both as a armrest and it's full of stuff that would otherwise be in my glove compartment (or back seat) The cupholders are also in a good spot, the one closest to me hold my frys and the other one my supersized drink! Try not to eat out too much though, not good for me (ha like that will ever stop me!)

Have actually had 3 people in the front (once) where I folded that up and used it as a seat. Womanless right now, so hopefully one day that seat will be used a whole lot more...
