Will Husky flaps work on Lariat Screw?

Thought I did my research... but maybe not.

Just got a set of front and rear Husky mud flaps for my Screw with fender flares and running boards. It is a Lariat with the stock 17" wheels.

I have read different posts stating that these guards will and will not work with 17" wheels.

Does anybody have these on a Lariat Screw?

Also, for those who are contemplating these, know that you have to drill a couple of holes to mount them. I must not have read close enough.

I have the Husky flap on my screw with 17" wheels, flares and boards although it is not a lariat. they fit fine and yes you have to drill holes.

Yes, they work just fine. I've got an '01 Lariat Screw (Gen II) with 17's and running bars (i.e. not boards) and they fit nicely. Actually, there was a slight bit of rubbing between the front tires and the front flaps when the steering wheel was cranked all the way to one side or the other but that took care of itself within a couple of hundred miles.

The Husky's worked fine w/ my stock 17" wheels/tires - no rubbing whatsoever. They even work fine w/ my larger tire/wheel combo I'm running now (though before some slight trimming there used to be some very slight rubbing when the front wheels were cranked way over). They are excellent at helping keep the truck clean. I've had these on for 22K+ miles w/ no problems!
