Any Lariats out there with the DEI Remote Starter

Just wondering if the keypad works okay with this? I usually lock it from the inside and then use the keypad to unlock. Not all the time just when I dont want to carry the keys around.

I don't understand your question. I have a full Hornet alarm with remote start on it on my King Ranch supercrew. Which keypad are you referring to?

Carolina SCrew,

I think I understand your question. I have a Directstart remote starter and the door keypad, I have had no problems using the keypad or the Directstart KeyFob to gain access to the truck. The OEM KeyFob will not unlock the Doors once the truck is running but you have 3 options, the two above and the old fashioned way, use the key. I can thing of a few more but repair costs are high

That's annoying. I'm glad I didn't go that route.

Sorry if I confused everyone. I'm talking about the keypad on the door. Like to know if it still works after getting the remote starter installed. Truck will not be running when using the door keypad.

Thanks
