My 2001 Screw was one of the trucks affected by the radiator snafu. I opted for option 2:$500 Owner Loyalty Certificate(OLC) because I'm getting an 02 Lightning soon. I sent it in about 3 weeks ago. How long does it take Ford to mail to me this certificate? I'm going to call customer service but was wondering if any of you guys sent this in and Ford's response time. Thanks.
