Does a quad fit in a Screw?
Anyone haul a quad in the bed of their Screw? I'm considering a Screw in the future, but just realized my quad barely fits in my 6.5 ft bed, if it does fit in the Screw there would be considerable weight on the tailgate.
I just traded in my 99 SC ORP for a 01 SuperCrew ORP. My Kawasaki Prairie 300 fits in the SuperCrew bed quite a bit tighter side to side. Forget about closing the tailgate. Just strap it down tightly and you're good to go.
My Honda 400EX fits in mine. Can't shut the tailgate, but there is no weight on it. The tires are still in the bed. Can't have the cage attached at the same time. I just put a tie down on each footpeg and run them to the front bed loops.

I have hauled my Honda Rancher with no problems, tailgate is down. If you want to tow a trailer at the same time Reese makes extension bars that slide into your 2 hitch reciever that you then slide your drawbar. You lose some tow capacity, I believe 3500 lbs with the 14 inch extension I have. I have hauled my Rancher pulling a two wheel trailer full of firewood, no problems.....
