No pics, but...
I have the Stull billet grille on my 01 Screw XLT and it is awesome. Got it from Performance Parts. Also available at truckperformance.com.
You will have to cut the stock tabs off so the grille will insert flush, but is well worth it. I re-used my ford logo from the stock grille and turned around the locknuts and it snugged down tight like it should have been there all along...
An alternative is the HD grille, but I understand that it is plastic, but only a few minutes to install...
