Options with 02' supercrew
Hello All ,
I like others have been patiently waiting for the 02 Screws to hit the dealers.
I talked to a dealer today in Portland , Maine he has a 02 lariat 4x4 .
He and I started talking the FX4 package and he told me that it's not an option on the Screw only reg cab and Supa Cab .
Is he right ? If so why would FORD do that ? I know that you can't get it on the King Ranch but not on a XLT or Lariat SCrew that doesn't make sense .
Last year you could get the ORP package on Screw's correct ?
Little confused anyhelp would be appreciated .

I have a dealer here in massillon ohio, he has one in dark green lariet fx4 offroard superscrew for $36904 so your dealer just telling you lie's so you can buy one off his lot. He just don't want to find you one.

I order my '02 Screw last week with the FX4 package - no problems at all.
I also saw one at the Springfield, MO dealership - bright red with the FX4 package - looked quite nice. It was different to see the white Rancho shocks under her belly. Overall, a very clean looking rig.
Not quite sure why the dealer is mis-informed - but then again, it wouldn't be the first time.

I hope your right , this guy said he was reading "some manual" and he thought it was strange too. Then he put me on hold and asked the guy who orders the veichles and he said that you couldn't get as an option either .
so I don't now what to do , there is not a whole lot of dealers here in Maine and there stock is real small not like Cali where I'm use too .
