helped out digging

yesturday at 3pm i went on my long journey to help my fellow new yorkers. it really is mass destruction. the tv does not do it any justice compared to what i saw. I don't think anyone else will be found alive. hating to say that but the truth sometimes hurts.this day i will hold close to me for a long time. i hope i am wrong tho. curt

thank you, i have said i was before but i take it back! there are some of the bravest men i have ever seen there. i witnessed retired fd and pd, regular citizens, emt, fd, pd and just people that care. i was just one person who cares. I LOVE NYC and i am always saying it. to love it is almost to hate it but i don't know if i can live anywhere else. i must admit i have teared a couple of times but i'm sure it's just a matter of time before i cry. as a man and a new yorker i have only admitted that maybe a few times.

there was people from all over, proud americans. it felt really good to help out and i will continue to do so. i am proud to be a new yorker and always will. i haven't felt that amount of pride since the day i crossed the graduation field at basic training.

TO THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE HELPED IN THIS TRAGIC EVENT, I TIP MY HAT AND GIVE YOU MY HEART. FOR YOU WILL NEED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
