Question Plugging Firewall Hole

I had an alarm installer use the rubber boot, that is normally where the clutch pedal goes if I had a manual, to run some wires through for an alarm installer today. By the way, this is on my 2001 F-150 4x4 SCrew.

Anyway, he cut an X in the boot to put the wires through. Now I hear the road noise and engine more than I want to. Can anyone tell me if there is some kind of sealer I can put on these wires and boot to make them watertight and airtight as well again?

Appreciate any and all help...

How about some silicone sealer/caulk... rubbery, sticks to anything, lasts forever... and... you can put it on your fingers to fill in the 'X' and surrounding area.
