2005 SuperCrew Bed Switch

Hey I don't really know much about this sort of thing but can anyone tell me if a screw with a 5.5 bed can have the bed taken off and a 6.5 installed in its place? Thanks.

Don't think so, aren't the frames different length, wheelbase different?

Not sure. I know the wb of the 5.5 is 139" but I couldn't find the info on the 6.5.

I'm sure you could do it if you really put your mind to it but I'm pretty sure nothing will line up and it is a shorter frame so you'd have no where to bolt your rear bumper.

Probably not a good idea.
