Spots On Instrument Clear Plastic

I WAS SPRAYING LEATHER CLEANER ON THE MIDDLE OF THE STEERING WHEEL AND A LITTLE OVER SPRAY ENDED UP ON THE CLEAR PLASTIC. COVERING THE SPEEDO IS THERE ANY WAY TO REMOVE THE SPOTS. WINDEX DON'T WORK ANY IDEAS OR DO I NEED A NEW CLEAR PLASTIC COVER THANKS FOR THE HELP DAN

You might try some Meguiar's Plastic Cleaner or Polish (two different products). Pep Boys has sold these products. Before doing that, I'd suggest that you purchase a small bottle of eyeglass cleaner (the type which is safe for plastic lenses). This might remove the stains. If that does not work, a new plastic cover for your instrument panel should not be that expensive at your local Ford dealer. It's something you should be able to replace on your own.
