Got hit Saturday night!

Well, I had a little mis-hap last weekend.

We were driving back from my girlfriends 10 year High School Reunion heading to my Boss's Birthday Party. Driving down I-45 heading North from Houston, was raining pretty good outside, out of no where this 2005 Black Honda Civic hits the side of us, putting us in a spin. I was in the far left lane. It put us in a spin going across all 5 lanes of the freeway. The Civic smashed into the wall head first. I got the truck turned around and on the shoulder. Everything was good on my part, so I ran to check on the person that hit me. He looked like he just woke up.

Here's a couple of pictures after:

And here is the Civic:

It blew there right rear tire out to when I got hit.

Just hoping they can fix the cab, I've been looking for a re-placement, but can't really find any in as good of shape as mine.

That day before everything happen:

That's what I'm hoping for, the shop I took it said they might total it. Where it was hit, there is a lot of work to fix it. The rear end doesn't feel right. When the car hit us, he the rim and tire to, blowing the tire out. A$$hole!!!

This is exactly why I hate driving around during rainy days. It's like all driving skill they had went out the window. Glad to hear everyone is ok though. Hope his insurance pays for everything.

Don't settle with his insurance until you're happy with whatever they offer, if they total make sure its at a very fair market value, and pain and suffering on top of that

Face Punch!

When he woke up, you should have asked him if he was ok.
When he said yes
FACE PUNCH!

Little Update...

Truck is final at the shop, dropped off Thursday. The guy had a insurance card, but... had no insurance, but I'm still good. Right now the quote from just looking at was $4,000. They said it going to look like more.
