Question Better Ride?

Hello everyone,
I have never owned or thought about owning a truck until I saw the Supercrew last December. My car is in the shop so I have rented one for the WHOLE Week. I love it! I have a question: Is there a difference in the ride/suspension of the XL, XLT and Lariat (excluding 4X4)? If I purchase one, I would probably get the Lariat. The rental is not a Lariat. Thanks!

Cool

As far as I know they are all the same suspension. The only difference is the appearance. If you want a better ride, go with the lincoln Blackwood.

Thanks for the info. Like I said, I have never driven or owned a truck before. I was just courious if there was a difference since the truck I rented was not a Lariat and a Lariat is what I would buy. I have all the brouchures from Ford and I've walked several lots but I've never seen any info on the suspension except for the 4X4.

I'd recommend that you get in here and read up on these trucks as there is a wealth of info. You can also do thread searches for more info.

The suspention is not diffrent between between the XL XLT and Lariat. The 4x4 is diffrent though and is a bit stiffer of a ride.

Thank you so much for the info! I had to turn in the truck this morning. This may sound stupid but I actually felt a little blue. I think I definitely need to buy one. Thanks again!
