Would Castrol GTX 5W-20 be a good choice for the 4.6L?

Would Castrol GTX 5W-20 be a good choice for the 4.6L?
Went into Kragen today and found this blend. I kinda associate Castrol as a "small engine" motor oil. The label even stated that it was for Ford and Honda engines that require it. I don't know... hard to decide. Would you put it in your SCrew?
