I'm getting a lean code on bank 2 sensor one. I've smoked the intake system and found no leaks. Swapped in a new MAF. New 02 sensor and still getting the same problem. I've had a couple other fellow mechanics look at it and can't find the problem. I've read about the intake manifolds leaking but when I smoked it I didn't see anything. Any ideas?

Changed the PCV and hose too.

 

you should have a good mechanic hook up scan tools to see what your fuel trims are set at as well as what bank 1 is doing. It will cost some money to hook up the machine but its better than just blindly replacing parts hoping it will fix the problem.

I know this may be alittle late by now, but I had mine throw the same code ( 01 5.4L ) ... It was a vacum leak in a hose that runs to the back side of the throttle body from the front of the left hand valve cover ( passenger side ). I fixed it and put zip ties on all the other hoses going to the throttle body. Hasn't done it since ... Been about 6 months now
