Talking New Screw

You guys finally got me. I've been lurking here for months and yesterday I ordered a 2002 Lariat Screw to replace my 96 Explorer. Thanks to all of you for your valuable input!

Does any one know if there is another way to find out about build/delivery dates for factory orders other than waiting for the dealer to let you know?

I gave the service writer at my dealership the vin number and she printed out everything and faxed it to me...complete history since build date....
