I have a E350 super duty van with the 5.4 engine 2001 model year. I want to do a little "work to it". The Van is tough a real beast as far as the suspension is concerned but lacks adequate power especially when towing.


Any ideas would be much appreciated

Those E-350's do indeed have a fairly rugged suspension, decent cooling, etc., but at that weight, as you noted, the 5.4 could use a little help, and that's easily done.
